Property Tax Programs: Homeowner Assistance

Homeowner Assistance is a State of California reimbursement program for low-income, elderly, blind or disabled homeowners. Eligible persons must have owned and lived in the home in California on December 31 to qualify. For more information, click here.

Eligibility requires that the recipient have a gross household income of $38,505 or less and be 62 years of age or older, blind or disabled as of December 31.
